It is the policy of H.L.T. Consulting And Contracting Inc. that safety
on all job sites, and the personal safety and health of each
employee, shall be considered of primary importance in all
phases of operation and administration. Prevention of
occupational injuries and illnesses is of such consequence that it
will be given precedence over operating productivity, whenever
necessary.
State Laws and Regulations, Federal Standards, as well as
Company Policy, make the safety and health of our employees
the first consideration in operating our business. It is the intent of
H.L.T. Consulting And Contracting Inc. to comply with all Local,
State, Federal and OSHA regulations and standards concerning
the operation of the business and the safety and health of our
employees and the public. To do this, we must constantly be
aware of conditions in all work areas that can produce or lead to
injuries.
To help the Company in providing the safest and healthiest work
place possible to every employee, the President has elected to
sign into an agreement with a Professional Safety Consultant.
Chesapeake Region Safety Council (CRSC) provides services to
H.L.T. Consulting And Contracting Inc. These services will help
prevent losses through accidents and incidents the result in
injuries to employees and damage to equipment. Services
include; however, are not limited to:

Program and continue periodic review (at least once
a year) of the Safety and Health Program.
2. Conduct on-site safety and health audits to identify
unsafe conditions and provide written reports to the
President documenting results of on-site audits.
3. Education through formal classroom sessions and
informal sessions on-site during audits and toolbox
talks.
4. Provide guidance to Foreman and Supervisors for
safe performance on each job.
5. Assist the President and represent the Company
during OSHA Inspections and provide guidance to
the President during Informal Conferences and
Formal Hearings with OSHA.
